SERVICE LEAD — NEW CAFÉ IN CLEAR WATER BAY AREA
We’re opening a new café in the Clear Water Bay area and looking for a capable, organised and energetic Service Lead to oversee our front of house operations.

What we’re building:
A modern café with breakfast, brunch, lunch, pastries and cakes.

Role:

  • Lead daily front of house service
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness and organisation
  • Train and guide FOH staff to deliver consistent, efficient service
  • Manage guest flow, seating and service pacing
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Coordinate with the kitchen during peak periods
  • Represent the café with a calm, confident and positive presence

Requirements:

  • A warm, natural service style
  • Positive, confident and proactive
  • Ability to organise and develop junior staff effectively
  • Comfortable managing a busy floor
  • Adaptability and initiative to support the growth of a new café
  • Strong English communication to fit the customer demographic
