Who will...
Prepare high standard beverages
Interact with guests and deliver the Winstons guest experience
Monitor inventory of drinks and other bar supplies
Keep the bar and floor area neat and tidy
Independent working
Can start early morning shift at 6:30AM
Fluent in English and Chinese is preferred

Successful applicants will have the following attributes:
a passion for coffee and cocktails
lots of enthusiasm and energy
the right to work in HK or eligible or a Working Holiday Visa
experience in a café or bar environment
