Full job description
At FRENCHIES, Bakery & Cafe we are looking for Baristas to join our team!
We serve great coffee and the best croissant in town!

As a Barista you will be expected to:
- Be able to prepare drinks efficiently and deliver exceptional and consistent customer service, especially when under pressure
- Serve consistently excellent coffees, with presentable latte art, and ensure all drinks are served are up to Frenchies standards
- Be able to extract a shot, and steam and split milk for different coffees
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about our bakery story & our products.
- Communicate directly to clients about our coffees and continuously encourage repeat business and retail sales
- Packing & selling our croissants & bread
- Preparing online delivery orders in a fast pace environment.
Barista
- Salary will depend on experience
- 15 AL
- 2 days off per week.
- 8h work + 1h lunch
- Shift depending on planning. Early shift availability is mandatory.
