Catering Services Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operations of F&B outlets within the venue as well as outside caterings
- Provide professional services to customers
- Handle and solve guest complaint and feedback to management for improvement
- Provide support to drive and lead team members to achieve business target and exceed customers’ expectation
- Monitor and maintain high quality food and beverage standard to serve and present to customers
- Perform any ad hoc duty as required
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 2 years of banquet operation experience or F&B assistant supervisor experience is preferred
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, fast learner with positive attitude, patience and work independently as well as able to solve problems with minimal supervision
- Proficient in computer operation and MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Shift duty is required
