Full job description
任職者主要負責球會中菜和西餐餐飲服務，確保餐廳日常營運順暢。任職者也擔任前線服務、員工關係和品質控制等多個方面工作。 職責：

- 監督餐廳日常營運；
- 提供高品質的服務及高水平衛生標準；
- 為客人製定宴會菜單；
- 提供一般收銀工作；及
- 執行主管委派的工作。

- 中五或文憑程度, 曾修讀酒店及款待管理相關課程為佳；
- 五年或以上相關經驗, 當中至少兩年擔任主管級經驗；
- 了解會所會員制度和熟識餐飲採購流程者優先考慮；
- 具備領導能力和卓越的服務意識；及
- 具良好中英文書寫及溝通技巧。
