Job Responsibilities:
Assist General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth operation and provide first-class services to guests;

Manage operation cost to ensure a profitable food and beverage operation;

Develop budget for restaurant outlet and achieve revenue targets;

Update and ensure all standard operating procedures are in place and followed;

Co-ordinate with General Manager, Executive Chef in menu planning and pricing policies to produce quality food varieties with satisfied profit margin;

Plan external and internal marketing and promotional activities, special events and functions to drive revenues;

Plan, recruit and hire the right candidates for food and beverage production, servicing and sales;

Lead training and proper administration for the whole team to meet the performance standard;

Ensure the compliance of health and safety regulations, hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance;

Potential candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Restaurant Manager.

計劃、招聘和聘用合適的候選人負責餐飲生產、服務和銷售;

帶領整個團隊進行培訓和妥善管理,以達到績效標準;

確保遵守健康和安全法規、衛生、清潔和維護;

經驗略遜的合適候選人將被考慮為副餐廳經理。

Job Requirements:
At least 5-8 years’ managerial working experience in managing a Chinese restaurant operation, having experience with an opening task force will be an advantage;

Knowledge of Chinese Chaozhou and Cantonese Cuisine will be an advantage;

Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills with customers, team members and suppliers;

Good planning, marketing and promotional skills with ability of strategic analysis to maximize profitability;

Self-motivated, energetic, hard working, team player, with strong sense of business acumen;

Good command in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua/ Cantonese) and English, candidate can be spoken in Teochew dialect is highly preferred.
