Full job description
為配合集團業務發展，現誠聘餐飲人才加入旗下中式餐廳。
工作地點：尖沙咀 / 銅鑼灣
職責：
- 負責餐廳事務、管理日常運作、控制成本及開支預算
- 協助執行公司政策及營銷計劃，協助提升營業額
- 協助管理餐廳員工及培訓
- 督導前線團隊提供優質顧客服務
- 確保工作環境安全及協助前線工作
要求：
- 5年或以上中餐經驗及擁至少2年管理經驗
- 有責任心、主動積極
- 具備良好顧客服務態度及人際關係技巧
- 懂一般電腦軟件操作
- 較具經驗之申請者可被考慮為高級經理一職
工作時間：每星期工作5-6天，每天工作9小時，輪班，輪休
