Candidates with more experience, will be considered as Project Manager.

協助項目經理統籌及監督酒店建築工程,確保項目按時、按預算及按質量完成
協調與業主、顧問、分判商及供應商之間的溝通,確保信息流暢
監察施工進度及地盤安全,處理工程文件及圖紙審核
參與項目會議,跟進並匯報工程進展及解決現場問題
職位要求:
持有建築、工程管理或相關學科學位
具備5年建築項目相關經驗,有酒店或大型建築項目經驗者優先考慮
熟悉本地建築條例及施工程序,具備良好的協調及解難能力
積極主動,能在壓力下工作,擁有良好的溝通技巧
良好中英文書寫及會話能力
