Ethnic Minority District Ambassador (Ref: EMDA - TPRC) (Working Location: Tung Chung)

Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and conducting groups and programs, publicity and promotional works, training and various activities;

Assist in providing simple interpretation and translation services to ethnic minorities;

Assist in performing networking duties or activities including conducting visits and providing escort services for ethnic minorities; and

Assist in establishing and maintain liaison with members of ethnic minority community to gauge their service needs.

Requirements:
Form 3 or above;

Able to communicate in written and spoken English and Chinese;

Proficiency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia, Nepali, Urdu, Punjabi, Thai, Hindi or Vietnamese; and

Relevant working experience in social-welfare organizations, together with knowledge in program implementation, publicity and promotion, public reception, community networking, liaison or event coordination is preferable.
