Responsibilities:
- Carry out mise en place as well as delivering the food to the highest possible standard in line with the head chef's requirements
- Assist the head chef to ensure food quality and the desired kitchen standards are constantly met
- Carry out duties as shown and maintain their standards
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in your section and food storage areas
Qualifications:
- Have experience in a 1*- 2* Michelin restaurants
- 1 - 5 years or above experience
- Have to be creative, flexible, and have a can-do attitude
- Have a strong passion for food
