From our family-friendly Buccaneer Bar & Restaurant to our vibrant new food outlet, our high-end Captain Jacks Bar & Grill, and our four-award-winning fish and chip shops, every corner of Coral Island is full of energy, laughter, and exceptional service.

We are looking for a Duty Bars Manager to join our Buccaneer Bar & Restaurant team and help make all guests experience a standout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Bars Manager in running the daily operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver excellent service.
  • Manage stock, deliveries, and shift handovers efficiently.
  • Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Train and develop team members to reach their full potential.
  • Ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about hospitality.
  • A confident leader who can motivate and support a busy team.
  • Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in bars or restaurants is a bonus but not essential.
