We are seeking talented professionals to join our Hong Kong team in the following exciting role:
The Jobs

Support the execution of the Company's Corporate Responsibility strategy and contribute to the achievement of sustainability and compliance objectives across the regional supply chain.

Coordinate and implement Corporate Responsibility (CR) and sustainability programs across assigned business areas.
-
Conduct and manage social and/or environmental compliance audits, assessments, and improvement programs.
-
Partner with suppliers, factories, and internal stakeholders to drive compliance and sustainability performance improvements.
-
Deliver training and guidance on the Company's CR standards, sustainability requirements, and goals.
Requirements
-
Degree in Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
-
At least 3 years of experience in social compliance, environmental compliance, sustainability, or a related field.
-
Hands-on experience working with supply chains, factories, and manufacturing environments in China and/or Southeast Asia.
-
Good knowledge of social and/or environmental compliance standards (e.g., BSCI, SA8000, SMETA, BEPI, ISO 14001).
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Strong analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and willingness to travel.
