Requirements:

  • A strong academic record with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university. Candidates from all academic backgrounds are welcome.

  • Demonstrated research aptitude through academic projects, coursework, or internships is a plus.

  • Excellent proficiency in both English and Chinese, written and verbal.

  • The ability to think critically and systematically, with a talent for working with evidence and information.

  • A proactive, organized, and eager-to-learn work ethic.

  • A strong interest in the public policies and issues affecting Hong Kong and beyond.


The incumbents will have the opportunities (i) to meet and work with some of the most distinguished and veteran professors and leaders in their respective fields, both in the private and public sectors; (ii) to foster a close network with academia, business leaders and key opinion leaders; and (iii) to participate in multi-disciplinary research areas to gain broad exposure.
