Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operational activities such as data entry, tracking, documentation, and reporting
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
• Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and summaries by using Excel or other tools.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational records.
• Support ongoing projects focused on process optimization or digitalization.
• Handle customer enquiries and conduct market research.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation control.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or team leads.

Skills & Requirements:

• Current full‑time bachelor’s degree student (logistics-related preferred but not required)
• Good written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Positive and objective thinking with good working attitude
• Able to commit a 12-month internship
