Job Description
- Provide support for server pre and post-installation tasks for Hong Kong and other regions.
- Perform server hardware upgrades and fault resolution.
- Report faults on non-live servers.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Dell, Lenovo, and HPE x86 servers.
- Familiarity with Smart, ServiceNow, NLyet, Appeture, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Zoom.
- Ability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Cantonese speaking; general English is acceptable.
