The Finance Executive is responsible in assisting Finance Business Partner in overseeing all accounting functions for the company. You should handle AP function, AR billing and month end closing, prepare balance sheet reconciliation.

Key Accountabilities

Handle payments, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and support for month-end closing

Handle AR and billing

Provide support on all aspects of the Finance Department when necessary, including any ad-hoc assignments

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
• Proficient use of Excel to create and update reports.
• Experience of working within a similar role, preferable in Retail industry but not a must.
• Be a good team player, communicator and influencer.
• Passionate and self-driven individual.
• A data driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving.
• Flexibility in adapting to fast-changing priorities and fast paced work environment.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multi-task sand hit the ground running within a hand on role.
