Full job description
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant including staff training and daily administration
- Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain equipment in good repair and all venues in perfect conditions
- Monitor and keep high standards on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues
- Responsible for producing timely and accurate reports on the operations of conditions of the Company
- Perform any other restaurant duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Pleasant, passionate about good food and great customer service
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Strong leadership, team building abilities
- Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility
- Good management skills with a positive mindset, detailed service and customer driven
- Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
