Venue Size: 100 seats

Hora Hospitality Group is opening a new restaurant in the heart of the city and is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the launch and ensure exceptional service and operational performance day to day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all restaurant operations across front-of-house and back-of-house.
  • Own the guest experience: service flow, standards, quality, and consistency.
  • Plan and execute the restaurant opening: training, setup of procedures, service routines, and staffing readiness.
  • Recruit (or onboard), manage, coach, and motivate the team.
  • Ensure performance through daily/weekly reporting: sales focus, cost control, and operational KPIs.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and suppliers to maintain product quality and availability.
  • Represent Hora Hospitality Group with professionalism and guest-first communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as General Manager / Restaurant Manager in a full-service restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and hands-on management style.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong follow-through.
  • (Preferred) Experience managing restaurants around 100 seats or multi-service formats.
