• Leads a team to maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
• Maintains quality service and has overall accountability for defining the service, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements, and managing the service lifecycle.
• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and other business partners.
• Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
• Establishes disaster recovery, back-up procedures, and information security and control structures.
• Undertake tasks or projects as assigned by your superior or the Company as or when required.

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• At least 7 years relevant experience in which 3 years should be in management level
• Proficient in business application system, network and server system.
• Experience in system development on different platforms, awareness of prevalent technology development and trends
• Solid knowledge in project management methodologies and techniques
• Solid experience in customer facing digital solution such as E-commerce platform, UIUX, digital payment, chatbot etc.
• Good exposure to latest IT solutions, security solutions, IT management and standards, business information system, database management, communication systems and PC and windows applications.
• Strong leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both written & spoken English and Chinese.
