Full job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist doctors in appointments, handle enquiries and insurance billing
  • Assist doctor during consultations & examinations and follow up patients'
  • Coordinate patients’ bookings and hospital admissions
  • Provide high-quality patient care with expert, professional clinical support

Job Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above
  • Good command of Clinic Solution and hands-on PC knowledge
  • Knowledge of handling insurance is an advantage
  • Experience in Gastroenterology and/or Orthopaedics is a plus
  • Mature, pleasant, good telephone manners, team-player with strong interpersonal & multi-tasking skills
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
