Full job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors in appointments, handle enquiries and insurance billing
- Assist doctor during consultations & examinations and follow up patients'
- Coordinate patients’ bookings and hospital admissions
- Provide high-quality patient care with expert, professional clinical support
Job Requirements:
- HKDSE or above
- Good command of Clinic Solution and hands-on PC knowledge
- Knowledge of handling insurance is an advantage
- Experience in Gastroenterology and/or Orthopaedics is a plus
- Mature, pleasant, good telephone manners, team-player with strong interpersonal & multi-tasking skills
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
