Executive Assistant II (Two Posts) (Ref: EAII/ft/26-01)

Registry Services

Major Duties

The appointees will be required to:

• provide administrative support to a range of registry services;

• support different College activities and meetings;

• answer and follow up on enquiries; and

• perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements

Candidates should have/be:

• at least five passes in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;

• self-motivated, meticulous, responsible and independent as well as a team player;

• good literacy in computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

• good interpersonal, communication and organizational skill; and

• good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage.

Remuneration and Conditions of Service

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, medical benefits, and staff development sponsorship. Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract for up to two years. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
