The Foreign Correspondents’ Club, Hong Kong, is unique. Job Duties:
Follow up the daily operation production

Check food temperatures and presentation

Implement controls to minimize food and supplies' wastage

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen at all times

Familiar with all kitchen equipment and operate properly in accordance with the safety guidelines

Maintain a clear record of inventory in accordance with hygiene standard

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in hotel/ club/ hospitality industry.

Experience in Indian Cuisine is a must.

Self-motivated, Dependable and Detail-oriented.

Able and willing to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

A good team player with strong communication skills in English and Chinese.

Immediate availability will be an advantage.
