Job Duties (Position 1 - Short Courses & Kids Corner):
To provide administrative support and programme coordination to the Short Courses & Children’s Programmes Team

To provide support to the short courses and programmes in classrooms or any designated areas

To assist in other projects and events

To assist in other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Duties (Position 2 - School Administration):
To provide administrative assistance to projects of the School.

To render support to the operation of the academic programmes, such as student recruitment, data compilation and research.

To support summer activities of the School, including exhibitions, day camp.

To assist in other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
Undergraduate in Art, Social Science or any disciplines

Interest and passion for arts and culture.

Good computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
