Job Summary

Are you passionate about IT solutions and driving business growth? We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Solution Sales Managers or Solution Sales Specialists! Whether you’re an experienced sales professional or just starting your career in IT sales, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

In this full-time role, you will engage with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored IT solutions that help them achieve their business goals. This position requires working in both Hong Kong and Macau, and serving clients across these regions. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required, as you will collaborate closely with clients and suppliers across Asia.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and requirements.
  • Develop and present customised IT solution proposals that address clients’ needs.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts and successfully close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to ensure seamless solution design and implementation.
  • Provide post-sales support and manage ongoing client relationships.
  • Contribute to sales strategy development, pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
  • Be familiar with using AI-powered tools to support market research, sales prospecting, proposal development, customer engagement and overall work efficiency.

Job Qualification & Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of sales experience, preferably within the IT or ICT industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets.
  • Good understanding of the latest trends, solutions and technologies within the ICT industry.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, particularly Google NotebookLM, would be an advantage.

Pay: $26,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
