Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
Assist guests with reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests.
Provide detailed information about the menu, including recommendations and dietary options.
Address to Manager any guest concerns or complaints promptly.
Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
Collect feedback from guests to improve service quality.
Promote the restaurant's loyalty programs and special offers.
Share stories and cultural elements of Indian culture to enhance the dining experience and educate guests about the rich heritage of Indian cuisine.
Requirements
F 5 or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage
Relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel or in similar capacity is an advantage
Proficiency in English is essential.
Proficiency in Hindi, Putonghua and Cantonese is an advantage
High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Is a “brand ambassador" at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity and company’s culture is always maintained.
