The Role
As a Phenomenal Project Manager in Interspace, you will work with our Directors to organize, manage, and build amazing workplace interiors for our demanding clients. You will also communicate frequently with our sub-contractors, Site Supervisors, and designers to ensure that we stay on budget, on time, with top quality workmanship and safety. It will be your responsibility to ensure that our project delivery exceeds every metric for client satisfaction and profitability for our company.
Project Leadership: Manage the full project lifecycle. You are the main point of contact for clients and the bridge between design and construction.
Site Coordination: Lead sub-contractors and site supervisors. You must be prepared to oversee site progress and resolve issues whenever they arise, including weekends when critical work is scheduled.
Operational Control: Manage budgets and schedules strictly to ensure every project is profitable and delivered on time.
Growth Path: We value talent. This role offers a clear path for you to move up to Project Director .
The Package
Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on your experience.
Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Project Flexibility: Availability on weekends is required to manage site issues or noisy work as the project demands.
Rewards: Annual performance bonus (Company + Individual) and yearly salary reviews.
Leave: 12 Days Annual Leave + Public Holidays.
Requirements
Experience: 8+ years in the interior industry, with at least 3 years as a PM in Hong Kong Design & Build (main contractor side).
Education: A university degree is preferred, but we will consider candidates with strong, relevant local experience.
Communication: Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written). You must be comfortable communicating with both local site teams and international clients.
Skills: Strong experience with Microsoft Project, modern AI tools, and Google Workspace.
Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who takes full responsibility for their projects. You are confident in your decisions but always willing to learn and improve.
