COMPANY OVERVIEW :
We are a long-established Hong Kong-based manufacturer and exporter, with factory in China, serving US and European market.

The company specializes in fashion accessories, trims, DIY craft products, fashion jewellery, garment accessories, and related fashion decorative items.

Product categories include beads, motifs, corsages, brooches, appliques, trimmings, fringes, embroidery items, and other craft and fashion accessory products.

The company serves customers mainly in the US and Europe, and also supplies other global markets.

Our customer base includes department stores, fashion brands, importers, and retail stores, with both OEM and design-led product programs.

ROLE MISSION

Act as the key link between customers and the factory to ensure smooth product development, order follow-up, production coordination, quality control, and on-time shipment.

Manage merchandising activities independently for both the customer side and the factory side.

ROLE SUMMARY

You will handle daily merchandising work across sample development, order processing, production tracking, factory inspection, and shipment follow-up.

The role requires close coordination with clients and factories, with a strong focus on quality, timing, and communication.

China travel is required, normally 3–4 times per year.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Liaise with multiple customers and the factory at different stages of sample development, order processing, production, factory inspection, and shipment.

Handle daily merchandising activities and coordinate the merchandising flow from product development to production.

Follow up production status with factories to ensure customer requirements are met.

Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to internal teams and external partners.

Monitor sample submissions, approvals, order progress, and delivery schedules.

Work closely with the factory to ensure quality standards, specifications, and timelines are properly followed.

Support problem solving when issues arise during product development or production.

Maintain strong communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Travel to China 3–4 times per year for factory visits and follow-up.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

At least 5 years of merchandising experience.

Experience in fashion trims, accessories, DIY craft products such as beads, charms, and findings, fashion jewellery, or related product categories is a plus.

Experience in handling US or EU clients is preferred.

Experience working with large retail chain stores and strict customer guidelines is an advantage.

Self-motivated, proactive, highly responsible, and detail-oriented.

Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with both client and factory teams.

TERMS & BENEFITS

5-day work week.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

18 days annual leave.

13 months salary.
