Kitchen Staff (Junior Cook) Wanted – Noodle Town (Sheung Wan, Hong Kong)

Noodle Town is a Korean-style Chinese restaurant located near Sheung Wan MTR Station, specializing in dishes such as jjajangmyeon and jjamppong. We are looking for a junior cook / kitchen staff to join our team — no prior experience required.

Position: Junior Cook / Kitchen Staff
Location: Sheung Wan, Hong Kong Island
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients (chopping vegetables, prepping meat, boiling noodles, etc.) following standard recipes
• Assist senior chefs during cooking and service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Help with stock checks and restocking
• Basic plating and dish setup
• Work efficiently and accurately during peak hours

Requirements:

• No prior kitchen experience required (relevant experience a plus)
• Willingness to learn, reliable and hardworking
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong (valid visa or right to work required)
• Basic English or Cantonese a plus, not required
