Job Description
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to arrange order shipments.
- Handle daily customer inquiries via emails and social media platforms regarding order delivery and return management.
- Manage the order processing cycle with other departments.
- Support daily operations and office management.
- Prepare financial reports for managerial use.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
