• Carry out safety, first aid and security procedures to the highest standard
• Be our brand ambassador and provide genuine, personal experiences to all our customers
• Deliver service excellence by creating memorable inflight experiences and exceed our customers’ expectations at every opportunity
• Attend to customer’s needs in a caring and professional manner

• Uphold inflight policies and comply with all regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Bachelor’s degree or above, or high school graduate accompanied by at least 1 year of flight attendant experience
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Proficiency in an additional language is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A minimum arm-reach of 208 cm on tiptoe
• Previous experience in the airline, hospitality or service industry is an advantage

As the position is safety-sensitive, successful candidates are required to meet the following criteria:

• Pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check
• Complete a pre-employment medical assessment
• Pass a pre-employment drug test in accordance with HKCAD Guidance for Screening of Psychoactive Substances (CAD373)

Exemption from English Assessment is available for candidates with either of the following:

• TOEIC® (Public Test): A valid score of 325 or above in both Reading and Listening
• IELTS (Academic): A valid overall Band Score of 6.0 or above

Personal & Application Information

Selected candidates will be invited by email to attend our Assessment Day in Taipei in November 2026. Candidates are expected to finish the assessments in one day. The estimated date of joining for successful candidates will be in the second quarter of 2027.

Where the successful candidates require a work permit to reside and work in Hong Kong, their employment will be conditional on immigration approval; please refer to the Hong Kong Immigration Department's website for details.

Shortlisted candidates will be notified within six weeks. Further applications from candidates who have already applied within the past three months will not be considered.
