Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Bachelor's degree or above; or High School graduate with at least 1 year of flight attendant experience
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in additional language is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe
  • Previous experience in the airline, hospitality or service industry is an advantage


As this position is safety-sensitive, successful candidates are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check
  • Demonstrate physical fitness by passing a pre-employment medical assessment
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test. Testing will be conducted following the HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances (CAD373)


Exemption from English Assessment is available for candidates with either of the following:

  • TOEIC® (Public Test): A valid score of 325 or above in both Reading and Listening
  • IELTS (Academic): A valid overall Band Score of 6.0 or above
