Business Strategy

• As a key member of management, work closely with other department to plan and execute the business and organizational strategies, milestones, KPIs and goals;
• Provide insights for continuous improvement from business and service points of view;
• Proactively support sales and marketing-related activities from operational perspective:
• Liaise with other team members and proactively work towards excellent understanding of customer’s needs;
• Make sure all company’s products and services are delivered service in high quality and timely manner;
• Liaise with other team members to provide service support and information as required for business activities;
• Ensure all areas of in-house operation work efficiently and in a timely manner.

Operation

• Proactively plan and drive the business operations to achieve the agreed revenue projections and overview smooth running of all processes related to company’s operation;
• Implement quality assurance system in operation and proactively suggest the system’s improvements;
• Develop and optimize operation workflows to ensure excellent performance in customer’s experience and effective timely internal communications;
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in all aspects of business and operational processes and systems;
• Build and develop a multi-disciplinary team of talented individuals by providing effective and inspiring leadership and training;
• Work with COO for better operational cost control;
• Work with accounting team for monthly invoices and empolyees’ payroll review;
• Participate in ad-hoc projects or any other duties as assigned by the COO.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
