Full job description
- Work with the team to help customer’s health and anti-aging needs;
- Present our preventive health/anti-aging solutions including lab test reports and intervention products;
- Give seminars or personal talks/consultation on our health/anti-aging products and services;
- Analyze customer and market needs to improve service & support strategies;
- Analyze competitors and market needs for our improved sales support strategies;
- Improve service workflows to provide best service to customers;
- Make and execute follow-up plans to benefit customers and company.
- BS or MS in medical or life science related fields (PhD preferred);
- Strong health, pharmaceutical and medical background;
- Professional appearance, manners and attitude;
- Strong management and people skills;
- Passionate about life science and anti-aging business;
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus).
