Key Responsibilities

• Report Interpretation & Diagnosis: Interpret longevity medical test reports (genetic, immunological, metabolic, etc.) and formulate personalised intervention plans incorporating cell therapy expertise (cellular therapy, bioproducts, etc.).
• Cell Therapy Clinical Application: Participate in the development and clinical monitoring of cell therapy programmes (e.g., CAR-T, NK, MSC), ensuring treatment safety and efficacy.
• Client Consultation & Sales Conversion: Address client health inquiries, identify needs, promote the Group's cell therapy and health products, and drive sales conversion.
• Nursing Station Management: Supervise the nursing team, optimise service workflows, and ensure clinical compliance, including cell therapy-related nursing procedures.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, laboratory, and marketing teams to provide clinical professional feedback and assist in formulating marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• PhD in Medicine, Biology, or Cell Therapy related majors.
• 10 years or more of relevant work experience in laboratory; experience in cell therapy field preferred.
• Registered Western Medicine Practitioner in Hong Kong preferred.
• Proficient in internal medicine, general practice, or preventive medicine; strong report interpretation and nursing management capabilities.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with commercial acumen; experience in health product sales or client conversion.
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
