Provide prompt and courteous hotline services to clients with positive problem-solving capabilities.
Requirements:
Diploma graduate, with 3 years’ customer services experience in insurance industry
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Excellent Mandarin is a must
Pleasant and possessing sound presentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
Location: Wanchai Salary: Neg
