Claims assessment, input and data upload
Assist in approval processing (including medication, diagnostic and imaging, minor operation, surgical operation, admission, etc.)
Answer provider enquiry hotline
Case follow-up or investigation
Liaise with corporate or insurer on approval and procedure fee
Administrative support
Other ad hoc task as assigned
Job Requirement:
2 years or above relevant experience in Insurance/HealthCare Industry
Good PC skills, Self-starter, independent with good communication and analytical thinking
Familiar with corporate/insurance medical contract arrangement and clinic operation
Fresh Graduates also welcomed
