The group proudly owns three MICHELIN-starred restaurants: Arbor (Two Stars), which blends refined Nordic sensibilities with seasonal Japanese produce to create innovative Nordic-Japanese cuisine; ÉPURE (One Star), which showcases seasonal ingredients in elegant, contemporary French dishes; and Ami (One Star), where guests can indulge in exquisite modern French cuisine alongside rare whiskies and fine wines in a stylish setting. Additionally, GDG has introduced the renowned DALLOYAU brand from Paris to Hong Kong, operating seven retail shops and restaurants in the city’s most prestigious locations.

Reporting to Chef Owner of ARBOR, the incumbent will assist in Michelin dish creations, managing day-to-day food production and operations of a fine dining kitchen. He /she will also have to monitor the standard of food quality and quantity as well as overseeing the hygiene and security standards.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or with equivalent vocational training certificate
Certificate in recognized food handling / sanitation institution is preferred
Minimum 10 years of culinary experience in luxury western restaurants, hotels and/or fine dining restaurants with 4 years in kitchen management role
Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented
Excellent leadership skills, good communication, coaching and supervisory skills
Good spoken English
