Gourmet Dining Group (GDG) is dedicated to delivering a quality dining experience characterized by exceptional food, captivating ambiance, and attentive service, all adhering to the highest standards of hospitality. The group proudly owns three MICHELIN-starred restaurants: Arbor (Two Stars), which blends refined Nordic sensibilities with seasonal produce to create innovative cuisine; ÉPURE (One Star), which showcases contemporary French cuisine with a creative Asian twist; and Ami (One Star), where guests can indulge in exquisite modern French cuisine alongside rare whiskies and fine wines in a stylish setting. Additionally, GDG has introduced the renowned DALLOYAU brand from Paris to Hong Kong, operating seven retail shops in the city’s most prestigious locations.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant
Provide attentive and superior service to the guests
Maintain the hygiene standard and tidiness of the restaurant, tableware and silverware
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Western restaurants
Presentable, customer service-oriented, pleasant personality, willing to learn and good communications skills
Excellent guest interaction skills
Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
Good command of spoken English and Chinese
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Captain
