Job responsibilities :

  • Assist and support the Management Team to plan, organize and manage the marketing promotion campaigns
  • Coordinate and prepare all relevant documents related to the concerned programmes and events included in the project run smoothly from start to finish
  • Collaborate with clinics to ensure effective communication and coordination with operations team regarding date and details.
  • Support event execution and outreach programs, handling venue setup, logistics, and onsite coordination.
  • Assist with weekend outreach events: Willingness to support and work onsite for outreach programs on Saturdays and Sundays when required.
  • Assist in organizing health events, seminars, exhibitions, and briefing sessions.
  • Assist with content creation and copywriting for digital marketing channels, including the company website, Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and administrative tasks as required.

Job requirements :

  • Degree holder in Marketing or related
  • Min. 1 year experience (preferred in healthcare Industry)
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Chinese word processing;
  • Highly motivated, independent, and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and project management skill
  • Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese
