Job Responsibilities:

• Provide low-intensity psychological therapy for mild to moderate anxiety or depression.
• Deliver guided self-help treatments and psychoeducational groups based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Conduct mental health assessments and consultation sessions using standardized tools, specifically PHQ and GAD.
• Deliver community programmes and health education activities to promote mental health awareness and disease prevention.
• Promote social inclusion and advocate for the importance of mental wellness within the community.

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Mental Health or Health related discipline.
• Completed a low-intensity psychological intervention training programme
• 1–2 years of related working experiened.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Innovative, mature, and able to work independently.
