Responsibilities :

• To conduct and support the implementation of programmes and groups;
  
• To take responsibility for the overall research process, including study design, development of questionnaires, literature review, data collection, subject interviews, liaison with collaborators, management and analysis of research data, and other administrative duties;
  
• To involve in all stages of the research process in liaison with research consultant and under the supervision of the Clinical Psychologists of the Association; and
  
• To support the development and improvement of treatment protocol and psychoeducation materials.

• Bachelor degree holder or above (Psychology is preferable) with relevant working experience;
  
• Experience in programme implementation, programme evaluation, and mental health rehabilitation service will be a definite advantage;
  
• Good at written English and Chinese;
  
• Use of MS Office and design related software; and
  
• Attention to details, hardworking and able to work independently.
