Full job description

Responsibilities:
Platform & Content Management: Assist the manager with daily e-commerce operations and manage product launch workflows, including listing new items, updating website images/content, setting accurate pricing, and ensuring real-time interface updates on the official website.

Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Track, monitor, and process incoming e-commerce orders; coordinate closely with the warehouse, logistics teams, and external partners to ensure smooth, seamless product delivery to end customers.

Inventory Control: Regularly monitor inventory levels across platforms and alert the team on low-stock SKUs to prevent stockouts.

Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for frontline digital inquiries and handle customer questions with a professional attitude, providing timely pre- and after-sales support regarding order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product details.

Modern Operations: Incorporate AI tools into daily workflows to optimize efficiency.

Ad Hoc Support: Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
DSE holder or above.

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in retail operations is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant data analysis tools.

Knowledge of Photoshop and hands-on experience integrating AI tools into daily tasks is a strong advantage.

Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Creative, possesses a strong market sense, and maintains a positive, proactive attitude.

Immediate available is preferred.
