The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled server to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role for an individual eager to develop their leadership abilities while ensuring our high standards are met across all areas of the café. You will be an all-rounder, essential to our daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Guest Service Legend: Provide warm, engaging, and legendary customer service, building genuine connections with our regulars and new guests alike.

· Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards.

· Clearing tables, washing dishes, and ensuring the shop is tidy and inviting.

Who You Are:

· A reliable and punctual professional with a strong work ethic.

· Possess a friendly, polite, and extremely customer-focused demeanor.

· Eager to learn and master new barista skills and techniques.

· Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued.
