月薪: $17,000 - $20,000

要求：

1. 學士學位(創意媒體、多媒體、傳播、影片製作或相關領域優先)

2. HKDSE/HKCEE: 中文及英文達第 3/C 級或以上

3. 至少有兩年全職相關領域的工作經驗，並具備數字媒體平台管理、攝影和剪接的經驗（需提供作品集）

4. 精通單反相機和影片製作設備（包括使用移動設備拍攝和穩定器操作等）

5. 精通設計軟件，如Photoshop、Lightroom、DaVinci/Premiere Pro/After Effects、InDesign/Illustrator等

職責：

1. 在服務期間駐守於康樂及文化事務署的辦公室

2. 提供內容創作、整理、影片拍攝、編輯和製作的指導和支援

3. 與其他團隊成員（如設計師和策展人）合作，計劃和執行符合商定目標的照片和/或影片拍攝及製作，並創造具有凝聚力的綜合視聽內容

4. 負責拍攝、編輯及修飾照片以用於推廣和社交媒體宣傳

5. 計劃、拍攝、編輯及後期製作視頻內容，使用行業標準軟件，確保最終產品具有高質量、引人入勝和視覺吸引力

6. 管理影片製作過程，包括分鏡、燈光、音訊混音、配音錄製、調色、動態圖形及影片編輯和輸出

7. 確保與博物館和市場營銷團隊進行有效及及時的溝通

8. 在需要時安排和參加會議（提供有關攝影和攝像方面的建議等）

9. 提供行政支援

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree (preferably in creative media, multimedia , communication, video production or equivalent)

2. HKDSE/HKCEE: Level 3/C in Chinese and English

3. 2 year working experience in in related fields with experience in digital media platforms management , videography and editing (portfolio required)

4. Proficiency with DSLR and video production equipment (including shooting with mobile devices and gimbal operations, etc)

5. Proficiency with design software and technologies such as Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci/Premiere Pro/Aftereffects, InDesign/Illustrator, etc ;

Responsibilities:

1. Stationing at the LCSD’s Office during the Service Period

2. Providing directions and support on content creation, collation, images and video shooting , editing and production

3. Collaborate with other team members, such as designer, and curators to plan and execute photo and/or video shooting and productions that align with the agreed objectives , as well as create cohesive, integrated audiovisual content

4. Responsible for photo shooting, editing and retouching for promotion and social media marketing usage

5. Plan, shoot, edit and post produce video content using industry standard software, ensuring high quality, engaging, and visually compelling final products for promotional videos and social media marketing purpose

6. Manage the video production process from start to finish, including storyboarding, lighting, audio mixing, voice over recording, color grading, motion graphic , and video editing and output

7. Ensuring an effective and timely communication with LCSD museums and marketing team, such as collection of any information about the exhibitions or related programmes organis ed by LCSD museums/offices, etc;

8. Arranging and attending meetings when needed ( giving advice on photography and videography aspects etc.)

9. To provide administrative support
