Gelato Lab Limited, together with its sister company Simply Fresh, is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand our customer base, build strong business relationships, and support sales growth across both brands. This role is suited to someone proactive, commercially minded, and confident in representing a dual-brand portfolio within the food and beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and approach prospective customers across relevant channels in the Hong Kong F&B market.

· Promote and sell products from both Gelato Lab and Simply Fresh, developing new business opportunities.

· Win new clients and build long-term, value-driven relationships.

· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners across both brands.

· Support and achieve sales targets aligned with company objectives.

· Act in accordance with lawful and reasonable instructions from the Company and its Directors.

· Safeguard confidential commercial, sales, and operational information.

· Perform duties diligently, professionally, and efficiently.

Requirements

· Proven interest or experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.

· Existing connections within the Hong Kong F&B industry are a strong advantage.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent multiple product lines.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

· Professional, reliable, and results-oriented mindset.

· Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients.

Employment Terms

· Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (8 hours per day).

· Salary: HKD 22,000 to 30,000 per month (depending on experience).

· Commission: 1.5% of gross sales generated.

· Expenses: Reimbursed in accordance with company policy (pre-approved and supported by receipts).

· Benefits: Paid annual leave, statutory leave under the Employment Ordinance, sick leave (subject to medical certification), and MPF enrolment.

Simply Fresh is an established Hong Kong Food importer and wholesaler that owns a curated range of high-quality food imported products designed for F&B operators, emphasizing freshness, reliability, and consistent supply solutions.

Together, the two companies provide a comprehensive product portfolio tailored to the needs of Hong Kong’s food service industry.

Pay: $22,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
