About the Role
We are seeking a Buyer / Operations to support our procurement operations in our Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will manage day‑to‑day procurement workflows, documentation and reporting, ensuring smooth and compliant processes across the business.
Location : ICC, HK
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage approval workflows within the organization’s procurement system.
Read, interpret and review contracts and invoices in both English and Chinese .
Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry, filing and coordination of documents.
Generate regular procurement reports and dashboards to support management decision‑making.
Maintain accurate records and files to support internal controls and audits.
Facilitate clear and timely communication between internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Support the Buyer / Category Manager in preparing and managing operational documentation and templates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Basic experience in procurement, operations, or an administrative support role.
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately review and process documents and records.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with standard procurement or administrative workflows and internal policy and compliance requirements.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
