Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer services to patients

提供優質的客戶服務

• Handle patient registration, billing, dispensing (Western and Chinese medicine) and phone and email inquiries

處理病人掛號、賬單、配藥(中西藥)、電話及電郵查詢

• Assist Doctors and Chinese medicine practitioner (CMP) in carrying out consultation tasks

協助西醫和中醫師執行診症項目

• Responsible for appointment bookings, follow-up and filing

處理一般醫療預約、報告跟進及整理檔案

• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors

執行主管分配之其他職責

Requirements

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above

香港中學文憑考試/香港中學會考或以上

• Experience in Blood taking is preferred

有抽血證書及經驗優先考慮

• HCA training and education in recognized institutions is preferred

受認可機構接受HCA培訓之學員/有相關資歷者優先考慮

• ECG knowledge will be an advantage

如有跑步機操作經驗者優先考慮

• Good manners, self-motivated, independent, careful, responsible, good at teamwork, multi-tasking, good interpersonal and communication skills

良好服務態度、主動、獨立、細心、負責任、善於團隊合作、能夠同時處理多項任務、具備良好人際關係及溝通能力

• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

能操流利粵語、英文及普通話

• Immediately available is highly preferred
