工作職責:

• 負責接待客人, 接聽電話及解答一般查詢
• 協助醫生進行檢查, 及一般病人護理
• 處理一般的文書和協助行政工作
• 懂得處理醫療咭, 醫健通,醫療劵優先

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls and answering general inquiries
• Assist doctors with examinations and general patient care
• Process general clerical work and assist with administrative tasks.
• Familiar with handling medical cards, eHealth, medical vouchers are preferred

工作要求：

• 基本粵語, 英語及普通話 性格良好
• 有禮貌及工作勤奮
• 基本電腦操作: Clinic Solution, Apicot, MS Office
• 有診所或相關工作經驗者優先

Work requirements:

• Basic Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good character, polite and hard-working
• Basic computer operations: Clinic Solution, Apricot, MS Office
• Applicants with clinic or related work experience are preferred

薪金及福利：

• 彈性編更，平均每週工作45小時 (實際上班日數視各診所營業時間而定)
• 工作日數 : 星期一至星期六
• 另設有花紅、超時工作補償
• 試用期後享有至少10天有薪年假、有薪病假、生日假等及提供醫療福利 (連直系家屬)

Salary and benefits:

• Flexible schedule, average working hours 45 hours per week (The actual number of working days depends on the business hours of each clinic)
• Working days : Monday - Saturday
• There are also double pay and overtime work compensation
• After Probation, at least 10 days of annual leave, paid sick leave, birthday leave, etc. And medical benefits (including immediate family members)
