Job Responsibilities of Enrolled Nurse

• Provide professional nursing care to patients
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by managing and responding to clients’ needs proactively
• Carry out routine clinical duties, including but not limited to blood taking, ECG, treadmill and vaccine injections
• Provide clinical support to doctors as well as clinical procedures
• Manage and respond to patients’ healthcare related requests
• Assist in the supervision and management of HCAs and other supporting staff
• Handle appointment bookings and billing, as required
• Perform other clinic duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements of Enrolled Nurse

• Work 4 days per week on a shift duty
• Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and holder of a valid practicing certificate
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Able to perform venipuncture and ECG
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent patient care skills, attention to details, patient-oriented and with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to be a good team player
• Highly motivated, passionate, polite and responsible
• Willingness to work at other clinics when necessary is preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC applications

Job Responsibilities of Healthcare Assistant

• Provide excellent customer services to patients 提供優質的客戶服務
• Handle patient registration, billing, dispensing (Western and Chinese medicine) and phone/email inquiries 處理病人掛號、賬單、配藥(中西藥)、電話及電郵查詢
• Assist doctors and Chinese medicine practitioners (CMPs) in carrying out consultation tasks 協助西醫和中醫師執行診症項目
• Responsible for appointment bookings, follow-up and filing 處理一般醫療預約、報告跟進及整理檔案
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors 執行主管分配之其他職責

Requirements of Healthcare Assistant

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above 香港中學文憑考試/香港中學會考或以上
• Experience in blood taking is preferred 有抽血證書及經驗優先考慮
• HCA training and education in recognized institutions is preferred 受認可機構接受HCA培訓之學員/有相關資歷者優先考慮
• ECG knowledge will be an advantage 如有跑步機操作經驗者優先考慮
• Good manners, self-motivated, independent, careful, responsible, good at teamwork, multi-tasking, good interpersonal and communication skills 良好服務態度、主動、獨立、細心、負責任、善於團隊合作、能夠同時處理多項任務、具備良好人際關係及溝通能力
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin 能操流利粵語、英文及普通話
• Immediately available is highly preferred 能即時上班優先考慮
