What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across various industries
• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide talent solutions through business development and client outreach
• Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking events, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experiences, and career aspirations
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to interview coordination and offer management
• Prepare candidate profiles and present recommendations to hiring managers
• Develop your own professional network and talent pipeline
• Stay updated on market trends, hiring activities, and industry insights

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree holder or final-year undergraduate from any discipline
• Strong interest in Recruitment, Human Resources, Sales, Business Development, or Consulting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset
• Comfortable building relationships and speaking with candidates and clients
• Active involvement in sports teams, student societies, leadership positions, part-time jobs, internships, or other extracurricular activities is highly preferred

For non-Cantonese-speaking candidates:

• Exceptional written and spoken English is mandatory
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and candidates in English
