Department Overview:

Early Careers Recruiting Team attracts and recruits program interns and graduate for the region. We work closely with business stakeholders in formulating recruitment strategy for the junior talent pipeline. We also manage internship programs and graduate programs as well.

Role Description:


Major Responsibilities for Early Careers Recruiting Team:
  • Support the Hong Kong team in executing campus marketing and recruiting activities, both virtual and face to face
  • Provide coordinator support to the Early Careers team, such as logistic arrangement, CV screening, interview scheduling and facilitation.
  • Respond to email enquiries from the candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage interview schedules and facilitate Superday interviews.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and track candidate status updates on ATS.
  • Administrative support, including managing giveaways, periodic report requests etc

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

Mandatory:
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in event management
  • Effective data management and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational, and communication skills in English
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Team player – focuses on the success of team; open communicator across virtual teams; actively creates and maintains relationships; excited by working regionally and globally
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills: able to work with external parties for program execution and with internal clients and businesses, including with more senior people
  • Comfortable with liaising and scheduling with senior stakeholders and opening, managing and closing of events and sessions
Preferred:

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Experience in Campus Recruiting / Diversity & Inclusion field would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in relevant learning management applications and online virtual meeting and collaboration platforms i.e. Webex, Microsoft Teams
