What you will be doing?
- Develop and sustain good relationship with client as well as to support their hiring needs.
- Provide recruitment strategies and solution advice to clients.
- Manage candidates and ensure the best qualified candidates are shortlisted for the clients.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from job advertising, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding of candidates.
- Responsible for all the HR issues of the candidates throughout the entire employment life cycle.
- Required to meet weekly KPIs.
Who we are looking for?
- Out of the box thinker. Outgoing and willing to communicate and interact with clients on regular basis.
- You are customer-oriented, confident in networking in social situations, you are also a strong team player with excellent communications skills.
- Proactive, mature and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficient Mandarin is also preferred.
