What you will be doing?

  • Develop and sustain good relationship with client as well as to support their hiring needs.
  • Provide recruitment strategies and solution advice to clients.
  • Manage candidates and ensure the best qualified candidates are shortlisted for the clients.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from job advertising, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding of candidates.
  • Responsible for all the HR issues of the candidates throughout the entire employment life cycle.
  • Required to meet weekly KPIs.

Who we are looking for?

  • Out of the box thinker. Outgoing and willing to communicate and interact with clients on regular basis.
  • You are customer-oriented, confident in networking in social situations, you are also a strong team player with excellent communications skills.
  • Proactive, mature and able to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficient Mandarin is also preferred.
