Job Description / 職位描述

我們正在招聘主動積極、善於溝通的海外醫學升學行政專員，加入我們的遠程團隊！本崗位主要負責潛在學生客戶對接、資格評估、會議安排及後台數據維護等相關工作，配合團隊完成業務指標，穩定推動客戶轉化。

We are looking for proactive and communicative overseas medical study admissions administrators to join our remote team. This role is mainly responsible for connecting with potential students, assessing application qualifications, arranging online meetings, maintaining background data, and cooperating with the team to complete business indicators and steadily drive customer conversion.

Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

• 主動致電及跟進有意向海外醫學留學的潛在學生，與客戶建立並維護良好的溝通關係

Proactively call and follow up with potential students interested in overseas medical study, and maintain good communication with clients

• 按照公司標準化流程，完成學生申請資格與院校匹配度評估工作

Evaluate students' application qualifications and school matching degree in accordance with the company's standardized process

• 為符合申請資格的學生預約及安排與資深留學顧問的 Zoom 線上諮詢會議

Book and arrange Zoom online consultation meetings with senior study consultants for eligible students

• 實時更新系統後台客戶數據，準確完成日常行政登記及數據整理工作

Update customer data in the system background in real time and accurately complete daily administrative registration and data sorting

• 積極配合團隊工作，完成個人及團隊月度業務指標，參與共享團隊獎勵

Actively cooperate with team work, complete personal and team monthly business indicators, and share team rewards

• 個人素質：性格外向开朗，溝通表達能力佳，做事細心負責；具備良好自律性與自驅力，可適應遠端居家辦公模式

Personal qualities: Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, careful and responsible; highly self-disciplined and self-motivated, able to adapt to remote home office mode

• 工作適配：接受電話對接客戶的核心工作模式，適配崗位工作屬性

Job adaptability: Accept the core working mode of customer communication via phone calls

傭金收益：每單客戶成功轉化可額外獲得1%傭金，收益上不封頂

Commission Income: An additional 1% commission for each successfully converted client with uncapped earnings

工作時段：香港時間 15:00-23:00，22:00 截止所有通話任務

Working Hours: 15:00-23:00 (Hong Kong Time), all call tasks end at 22:00

Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
