About the Role:

We are hiring a Front-of-House Operation Officer to provide operational support at the following venues.

Job Description:

• Assist the duty manager in manpower deployment and supervise front-line staff to ensure smooth operation of performances and events.
• Execute front-of-house duties, including VIP reception, audience admission, and intermission arrangements.
• Liaise with backstage staff and hirers to coordinate front-of-house operations and audience admission.

Requirements:

• At least 20 years of full-time working experience in venue operation and front-of-house duties within performing arts venues (Priority will be given to candidates with relevant experience in Leisure and Cultural Services Department venues).
• Form 5 level or above, or equivalent.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; fluent in Cantonese, basic English, and Putonghua.
• Proficient in Chinese word processing and computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Physically fit for handling simple labor work.
• Must be a Hong Kong permanent resident with legal status to work in Hong Kong.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Employment Terms:

• Salary: Monthly salary of HK$24,000 – 28,000 (subject to academic qualifications and working experience)
• Contract Type: 12-month full-time contract.
