What will you do? 工作內容

Assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day operational procedures in Restaurant 協助餐廳日常營運流程順暢進行

Provide guests pleasant dining experiences by delivering exceptional service to the customer 提供卓越的服務,為顧客帶來愉悅的用餐體驗

Transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality 準時將餐點送至顧客桌上,以確保食物品質

Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond appropriately to guest concerns and requests 預測顧客需求、提供建議,並適當回應顧客的疑慮和要求

Clean and set-up of tables and food stations 清潔及佈置餐桌和食物工作站

Knowledge and skills 知識與技能

Relevant working experience of signature restaurant is an advantage 具備標誌性的餐廳相關工作經驗者為佳

Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated 具備優秀的溝通能力及顧客服務導向
