Restaurant Design jobs

ROLE:

Black Sheep Restaurants seeks an experienced Director of Design  to build and strengthen brands within Black Sheep Restaurants. This role will work closely with the founders of Black Sheep Restaurants, the ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge creating brand guidelines and visual campaigns for a broad range of brands, as well as a natural eye for creative imagery. The Director of Design will oversee a team and functions including graphic design, branding, procurement and sourcing, video and photography, low level architecture and interior design and oversee campaigns, initiatives and activations. The Director of Design will work alongside the marketing, PR and digital teams to deliver best-in-industry, engaging and unique content.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to bring a vibrant brand to life, bringing out the core of the brands in a way that is clear, resonates with our audience and reaches across media
• Produce creative guidelines for branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
• Build visual identity and guidelines for campaigns
• Create and implement tailored marketing content in parallel with brand communications
• Collaborate with video and photo team to create exciting graphic and visual guidelines
• Ensure brand standards are met across all products and visual communications
• Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets
• Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up to date with the latest design

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as design lead or creative director
• Good understanding and knowledge of brands. Hospitality brands a plus
• Skill and experience creating content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, retail displays and print
• In depth-knowledge of design tools and software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator etc.
• Experience working for a hospitality brand preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
