Qualifications & Experience Required
- To attain this position, you must have at least 6-8 years of experience in hotels or western style restaurants
- Experience in leading multicultural teams
- Drive and optimize revenue
- Excellent interpersonal, people management and problem-solving skills
- Energetic, passionate, presentable, flexible, customer-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
